What amazing customer service. I ordered a gymnastic figurine facing down but received the wrong one. I raised a query and literally within 5 minutes I had an apology and confirmation that the correct one would be sent out. A few days later I received the correct one together with a prepaid label to use to return the incorrect one. I was able to drop the return package at our local shop so it made the whole process completely stress free. I am very impressed and wish more companies would show the same level of care and efficiency. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing service, we ordered 5 Climbing Men on 23rd December and within 24 hours, we had received them and were up on the walls! Also with a little bonus of Santa hats for each of them. Great little gesture.. They arrived fully packaged and have just ordered another climbing man to go with them. So pleased with service. Thank you so much!
